IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES


RE: NOTICE OF ISSUE AND REQUEST TO DOCKET                               
REF: CV-2000-003-SC

WHEREAS, the efficient and proper operation of the Civil and Family Law divisions of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court requires the entry of an administrative order governing Notices of Issue and Requests to Docket;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

1. When a party files a Notice of Issue and Request to Docket with the Clerk of Court pursuant to Rule 1.440, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, or Rule 12.440, Florida Family Law Rules, said party shall include stamped-addressed envelopes in sufficient quantities to permit distribution of conformed copies of the Court’s subsequent order to all parties.

2. Upon receipt of said Notice of Issue and Request to Docket, the Clerk of Court shall forward the court file, together with any envelopes which have been received, to the assigned judge for his/her consideration.
