RE: ASSIGNMENT OF ASBESTOS CASES

WHEREAS, the Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit issued an administrative order assigning certain civil actions related to asbestos claims to Division 30, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the efficient and proper administration of justice would be best served by assigning all such cases related to asbestos claims to one division;
NOW THEREFORE, I Robert K. Rouse, Jr., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order that upon the filing of a civil action related to an asbestos claim, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida, shall assign said case to Division 30.
