RE: ASSIGNMENT OF TOBACCO CASES

WHEREAS, the Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit issued an administrative order assigning tobacco related lawsuits to Division 32, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the efficient and proper administration of justice would be best served by assigning all such tobacco related cases to one division;
NOW THEREFORE, I Robert K. Rouse, Jr., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order that upon the filing of a tobacco related lawsuit, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida, shall assign said case to Division 32.
