IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR VOLUSIA COUNTY


RE: ASSIGNMENT OF BENLATE CASES
REF: CV-2000-015-VL

WHEREAS, the Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit issued a reassignment order assigning certain civil actions related to the pesticide known as Benlate to Division 32, and

WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the efficient and proper administration of justice would be best served by assigning all such cases related to Benlate claims to one division;

NOW THEREFORE, I Robert K. Rouse, Jr., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order that upon the filing of a civil action related to a Benlate claim, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida, shall assign said case to Division 32.

TO BE RECORDED in Volusia County, Florida.
