IN AND FOR VOLUSIA COUNTY
RE: ASSIGNMENT OF SYNGENTA/HELENA CASES

WHEREAS, certain civil actions related to fungicides produced/distributed by Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc., Helena Chemical Corp., and Pierson Supply Co. (hereinafter Syngenta/Helena) have previously been assigned to Division 01, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the efficient and proper administration of justice would be best served by assigning all such cases related to Syngenta/Helena claims to one division;
NOW THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order that upon the filing of any future civil actions related to a Syngenta/Helena claim, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida, shall assign said cases to Division 01.
