IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES

RE: SUPPORT INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
REF: FM-2006-039-SC

WHEREAS, in most instances, support payments are made through the Clerks of Court as the local support depositories, and

WHEREAS, in some instances, obligors’ pay periods differ from the installment payment periods specified in the Court’s orders, and

WHEREAS, when pay periods and installment payment periods differ, the reconciliation process undertaken by the local support depositories becomes more difficult;

NOW THEREFORE, I, WILLIAM A. PARSONS, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order that the Clerks of Court in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns & Volusia counties, serving as the local support depositories, are authorized to change the frequency of installment payments ordered to be paid through the support depository to make said payments consistent with obligors’ pay periods.

This is an administrative procedure only and does not authorize the Clerks to change the total amount of support ordered.

TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns & Volusia counties.

DONE AND ORDERED in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida this 30th day of March 2006.
