IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES


RE: TIMESHARING SCHEDULES/ GUIDELINES
REF: FM-2010-041-SC (Rescinds: FM-2007-041-SC)

WHEREAS, pursuant to § 61.13, Florida Statutes, it is the public policy of Florida to assure that each minor child has frequent and continuing contacts with both parents after the parents separate or the marriage of the parties is dissolved and to encourage parents to share the rights and responsibilities and joys of childrearing, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to § 61.13, Florida Statutes, parental responsibility for a minor child must be shared by both parents unless the court finds that shared parental responsibility would be detrimental to the child, and

WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the efficient and proper administration of justice requires that timesharing schedules/guidelines be developed to assist parties in structuring timesharing arrangements that best meet the needs of their children and themselves;

NOW THEREFORE, I, J. David Walsh, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby adopt the attached Timesharing Schedules/Guidelines for use in the Seventh Judicial Circuit to assist parties in structuring timesharing arrangements that best meet the needs of their children and themselves. Terms of this Order should not be construed as to require the use of the attached timesharing schedules/guidelines in individual cases.     

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Administrative Order FM-2007-041-SC is hereby rescinded.
