IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES


RE: PARENTING COORDINATORS
REF: FM-2015-046-SC
(Rescinds FM-2011-046-SC)

WHEREAS, parenting coordination is recognized as a viable method of dispute resolution in the family law arena, and

WHEREAS, Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC14-64 bestows administrative responsibility for establishment and management of parenting coordinator rosters on the chief judges of the judicial circuits or their designees;

NOW THEREFORE, I, TERENCE R. PERKINS, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby designate the Court Administrator’s Office of the Seventh Judicial Circuit to perform administrative tasks associated with the establishment and management of a roster of qualified parenting coordinators for the circuit.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that individuals who wish to be considered for inclusion on the roster of qualified parenting coordinators must complete and submit a uniform statewide parenting coordination application and all required documents to: Court Administration, 125 E. Orange Ave., Rm. 201, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.  Individuals included on the roster must update information contained in their applications, if necessary, by providing written notice of any changes to Court Administration within 30 days of said changes.  Furthermore, individuals included on the roster must submit an Affidavit of Compliance, a copy of which is attached hereto, to Court Administration by June 30th each year. Failure to update necessary information or provide an Affidavit of Compliance, as required, will result in removal from the roster of qualified parenting coordinators.
