IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES
RE: Assignment Of Companion Cases In Guardianship Matters

WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the efficient and proper administration of justice requires the issuance of an Administrative Order regarding the assignment of companion cases in guardianship matters;
NOW THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR. Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order the Clerks of Court in the Counties of Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia to assign companion cases in guardianship matters involving spouses, children and siblings to the division to which the original guardianship case is assigned. The Clerks of Court in the respective counties are further ordered to track said assignments to ensure an equal number of case assignments to those divisions designated to handle guardianship matters.
