IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES
RE: PROFESSIONAL GUARDIAN CREDIT REPORTS

WHEREAS, pursuant to § 744.3135, Florida Statutes, professional guardians are required to submit to an investigation of his/her credit history, and
WHEREAS, the Court must consider the results of said investigations when appointing guardians, and
WHEREAS, the results of said investigations are filed with the Clerks’ Offices and are therefore open to public inspection, and
WHEREAS, certain information contained in said investigations, primarily, credit card numbers and other account numbers, should not be open to public inspection;
NOW THEREFORE, I, Robert K. Rouse, Jr., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, after consultation with the circuit judges of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order that the Clerks of Court of the counties of Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia are directed to redact credit card numbers and other account numbers contained in credit investigation reports filed pursuant to §744.3135, Florida Statutes.
