Circuit Judge Kim C. Hammond has been a judge since 1979. Before becoming a judge, he was a professional football player and was in private practice in Daytona Beach. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Florida State University. During his time on the bench, he’s heard criminal, juvenile delinquency, probate, civil and family cases and served as Chief Judge. The administrative judge for Flagler County, Judge Hammond currently hears criminal, juvenile delinquency and probate cases at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell. He also presides over the Flagler County Adult Drug Court.
