Flagler County Court Judge Sharon B. Atack was appointed to the bench in 1995. Before becoming a judge, she was an assistant public defender and was in private practice. She earned an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and a juris doctor from the University of Florida. Judge Atack has presided over criminal, civil, juvenile and child support cases. She currently hears criminal and civil cases at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell.
