Volusia County Court Judge Peter F. Marshall was elected to the bench in 1992. Before becoming a judge, he worked for the Florida Parole Commission, University of Florida personnel office, Office of the State Attorney and was in private practice. He earned his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from the University of Florida. Judge Marshall has heard civil and criminal county court cases and currently presides over criminal cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
